Mitigate the challenges of designing high power solutions into your applications with our HP Series of adaptable, compact, and efficient products. Optimal space-saving designs with digital signal processing, multiple communication protocols, development tools, full user configurable functionality, and scalability from 3kW to 30kW and beyond enables flexible, reliable, easy integration across multiple platforms.

Have a High Power Question?

Reduce your development time & cost

Integrating your product’s high power DC supply can be time consuming, costly and a drain on resources for your product’s functional development: minimize these with XP Power’s HP Series.

Their 3kW to 30kW and beyond scalability means you can deploy modules of appropriate power in your product – then their flexibility lets you tailor, configure and optimize for the particular load, whether constant voltage, constant current, or both. Program the required output voltage and current, and define signals, controls, and alarms to suit your application.

Our GUI development tool supports an array of user defined options & controls which can become your individual factory-flashed firmware options for delivery of application specific configurations, out of the box.

Integration is eased by the compact, efficient HPT, HPT-L and HPL form factors supporting wide range, low line & high line requirements and simplified interconnections for high power systems. HPL supports higher power 180 – 264 VAC applications, while HPT & HPT-L operate from a wide range 180 VAC – 528 VAC input.

Making High Power Flexible

Programmability enables rapid, agile responses to changing demands

Do your customers need to make costly electrical upgrades to accommodate your products’ input voltage range or neutral line requirements?

Our flexible, 3 phase, high power HPT and HPL solutions eliminate this problem, with their 3 wire plus Earth and wide 180 to 528 VAC input range ensuring global compatibility with no neutral line required.

The HP series meets your high power needs reliably, without the need for costly building wiring upgrades, assuring compatibility and simplified customer deployment.

Does your high power LED application need additional external controls to support accurate current control?

Our HP series DSP platform, with its dynamic, programmable constant current output via digital bus or analog control, negates the need for the additional cost and space associated with a constant current LED drive control stage in your system.

The HP series can be configured for output voltage requirements up to 400V as standard, covering a broad range of string voltages & applications, and is supported by development tools & user defined options to optimize characteristics to high power LED applications.

The compact, flexible, 3 phase input, high power HP series provides high performance solutions for a wide range of applications.

Whether you are powering heaters and motor drives for semifab manufacturing equipment, handling electrolysis applications like chlorination, or driving LEDs for UV curing and other high power applications – or developing solutions for printing, coating, battery charging and simulation and more - our products fulfill your needs for high performance and reliability.

Advanced features and user defined controls enabling tailored system integration

The HP Series gives you high power with comprehensive flexibility that enables ease of integration across multiple platforms. It accepts 3-phase inputs from 180-528 VAC, without requiring a neutral connection. Outputs are scalable from 3 kW to 30 kW, with nominal outputs from 48 VDC to 400 VDC.

It is fully configurable through DSP controls for customer specific functionality. Programmable not only in constant voltage (CV) mode, but also in constant current (CC) mode, allowing for accurate and efficient power control.

One of our success stories!

Global manufacturer of equipment used in industrial printing approached XP Power for a unified high power solution to resolve costly issues within their UK and US curing applications.

The HPT 5kW DSP controlled power supply was quickly established as the answer. Industry expertise, co-operative development and local technical support as well as the components themselves, was equally essential.
