PBL500 Series
450-500W U channel AC-DC power supplies for class II ITE & medical (BF) applications
Designed for Class II applications that are required to operate with no earth connection, the U channel PBL500 can provide 250W convection cooled, or the full 450-500W is available when force air cooled. It has medical approvals with 2 x MOPP (input to output), 2 x MOPP (input to case) & 1 x MOPP (output to case) making it suitable for BF healthcare applications and meets IEC/UL/EN62368-1 safety approval for information technology equipment.
The PBL500 is available in two versions: as a U channel (B version) for either convection cooling (250W) or forced air cooling using 30CFM of moving air (450-500W). Alternatively, the C version is supplied fitted with a top cover with built-in temperature controlled fan cooling to minimize audible noise (450-500W).
