We have relocated our global headquarters in Singapore to Tai Seng. The move brings all local functions and employees under one roof for the first time.
Officially opened, the new facility will host 70 employees, most of them covering senior regional and global roles in R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and Warehousing.
The new premises are uniquely tailored to XP Power’s advanced specifications. There’s an ergonomic open-plan office with space to encourage teamwork and innovation; a state-of-the-art R&D lab and a warehouse to expedite the delivery of critical components to customers across the healthcare, industrial technology, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment sectors.
The industrial design has been created to ensure employee and visitor safety and wellbeing. Sustainability was also a key concern: the building is pending Green Mark Gold certification by Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority and features energy-efficient lighting and enhanced waste management.
“Starting the Year of the Tiger in our new HQ location is a catalyst for bigger success for the XP Group,” explains Andy Sng, Asia General Manager – XP Power. “It is a big achievement for XP Power’s Asia team to have grown from nine to 70 employees over the last decade. Our move to a bigger office with better facilities will enable our continued growth and create an environment where we can be at our best for our customers and colleagues.”
