Returns Procedure

In the unlikely event that one or more of your units is faulty please telephone your nearest sales office for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your unit. This unique RMA number is essential to track the progress of your unit.

Please do not return any item without first obtaining a valid RMA number.
